The 2024 Bi-Annual Assessment is $628 ($496 HOA Assessment and $132 Alarm Monitoring Assessment). Please refer to your Bi-Annual Statement for any additional changes or credits on your account.

For owners who receive landscape services from the HOA there is an additional bi-annual payment of $600.
