FALL FESTIVAL
We are excited about our annual fall festival, Harvest Moon Festival! This is our 7th ANNUAL, and we are partnering with Georgetown ISD for our fundraiser. The Annual Harvest Moon Festival is hosted at Wolf Ranch by Hillwood, a single-family residential community in Georgetown. All proceeds from the Raffle Tickets, and Activity Tickets will go to Georgetown ISD.
Featured activities will include high-value raffle prizes, a pumpkin patch, inflatable games, a petting zoo, carnival rides, airbrush tattoos, pumpkin painting, train rides and artisan vendor market partnered with Move Mountains Markets!
The event is perfect for the whole family; there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Interested in Volunteering at the event?
We are looking for volunteers to help in the second half of the event from 11:30am-1pm at the different activities. If you or a student are interested, please fill out the form below to sign up! You will meet at River Camp at the designated time.

The deadline for Sponsors is September 15.
The deadline for Market Vendors is October 3.
There is a $50 Participation Fee for Market Vendors.

2026 Fall Festival Date

*Activities will take place until sunset, approximately 6PM.
*The Vendor Artisan Market and Live Music will continue until 7PM.
Where do you purchase your entry and raffle tickets?
On Event Day: Look for the Ticket Booth and White Hillwood Tent at the front entrance near the Harvest Moon Fall Arch.
We will also be selling tickets leading up to the event at our lifestyle events at the end of September and October.
Below are more details on dates and locations if you want to pre-order your tickets so when you arrive you can enjoy the festivities right away!
Public Ticket Sales:
Leading up to the event on Oct 28-30 and Nov 4-6 can buy tickets at the HOA Office from Wed-Fri from 12pm-5:30pm

All major Friday Night events on Oct 24, Oct 29, Oct 30 (details on resident mobile app)

What is the cost to attend the event?
All proceeds from the entry tickets and raffle tickets will benefit Georgetown ISD.
$10/entry per person: Includes all activities such as inflatable games, petting zoo, train rides, climbing wall, airbrush tattoos, photo-booth, pumpkin painting, and a swag bag with business promos, and a tiny pumpkin.
Age 3 & Under: Free
$5/extra for event t-shirt

Do I have to pay if I am an adult attending with my child for the activities?
Yes, the intent is for everyone to pay the fall festival entry fee to help us raise money for the local schools. The event benefits Georgetown ISD.
There are still multiple activities for adults to enjoy with the wristband; a pumpkin patch (includes one tiny pumpkin with entry), photo-booth, airbrush tattoos, petting zoo, carnival rides, and train rides.
Will there be food on-site?
Yes, we will have multiple food trucks offering both savory and sweet options.

Selling Raffle Tickets ALL DAY! There are 6 PRIZES where you MUST be PRESENT TO WIN!
5PM: We will be drawing the 6 Prizes, and you must be present to win.

PARKING FOR EVENT:
The amenity center parking lot at River Camp will be closed for the event.
Parking will be available up and down Jay Wolf Drive and at Wolf Ranch Elementary School. There will be a Drop-Off Zone at the entrance on River Overlook Rd. We will have handicap spots on a first come, first-serve on River Overlook Rd.
